Why trust us
How CampFinder works
One place to compare every kids’ summer camp in Dublin — and a set of rules that keep what you see worth trusting.
Where the camps come from
We continuously check camp providers’ own booking pages and public listings — Eventbrite, club booking systems, providers’ websites — plus a hand-curated database of Dublin providers. When a new camp appears, it shows up here, usually within a day.
How fresh is “Places available”?
Camps with a live booking feed are re-checked around the clock — that’s the “checked 3 hours ago” stamp on each camp page. If we haven’t been able to confirm availability recently, we say “check with the provider” rather than show you a stale green badge. Many camps have no live feed at all — for those we link you straight to the provider to check and book.
Our accuracy rules
- The provider’s own page is the source of truth. Dates, ages and prices come from the camp’s page — never guessed, never invented. If they ever disagree, the provider’s page wins and ours gets fixed.
- We never advertise a week that has already started. Date ranges on tiles only span weeks you can still book.
- Booking always happens with the provider. We link out — we don’t take camp bookings, so there’s no middleman between you and the real availability.
When a camp is full
Leave your email on the camp’s page (no account needed) and we’ll tell you the moment a place opens up. Some providers also let parents pass on a paid-for spot when plans change — those appear as “spots from other parents”, at what they paid or less, and the provider confirms every name change before money moves.
The wanted board shows which camps parents are hunting for right now.
Run a camp?
Claim your listing to keep your dates, ages and availability accurate — and to open your camp to the parent-to-parent spot exchange.
