Terms of service

CampFinder is a free directory of kids’ camps in Dublin, with email alerts and a parent-to-parent exchange for paid camp places whose plans changed.

The directory. Camp details (dates, ages, prices, availability) are gathered from providers’ own public pages and curated by hand. We work hard to keep them accurate, but the provider’s booking page is always the source of truth — confirm details there before booking. Bookings are made directly with the provider; we are not a party to them. Listing here does not imply a provider endorses CampFinder, and providers can claim or correct their listing at any time.

Alerts. When a place opens up or another parent lists a spot, we email you as soon as we know. Alerts are notifications, not reservations — we cannot hold places on your behalf.

The spot exchange. Sellers may list a paid camp place only at what they paid or less — never above. The exchange is only open for camps whose provider has agreed to process name changes. Payment is held until the provider confirms the transfer; if the provider declines or doesn’t confirm in time, the buyer is refunded in full. We charge sellers a 10% fee on completed transfers. Buyers and sellers must cooperate with the provider’s transfer process; misuse (fake listings, places you don’t hold) leads to removal and reversal of transactions.

Reviews. Reviews must reflect your family’s genuine experience of the camp. We check reviews before they appear and may decline or remove any that are abusive, misleading, or appear not to be genuine. By submitting a review you allow us to publish it with the name you provide.

Automated access. Automated querying, scraping or bot-driven purchasing is not permitted. We reserve the right to block access from clients that abuse the service.
