Privacy policy

CampFinder collects as little as the site needs to work, and we never sell your data. Here is everything we hold, why, and how to get rid of it.

Camp alerts (no account). If you ask to be emailed when a place opens up, we store your email address, the camp or camp name you asked about and, if you chose one, the week. We use them only to send you that alert. Every alert email carries a one-click unsubscribe link that stops all further emails immediately; you can also ask us to delete the address entirely at the email below.

Accounts and the spot exchange. If you create an account to buy or sell a camp spot, we store your email address and your listings, orders and alerts. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers, and sellers’ identity verification is handled entirely by Stripe. Proof-of-booking files uploaded by sellers are stored privately and are only used to verify the listing. When a spot is sold, we share with the camp provider only what they need to process the name change.

Reviews. If you review a camp, the name you give and your review are shown publicly once approved. The email address you provide with a review is never shown publicly; we keep it only to verify the review is genuine and may contact you about it.

Camp providers. If you claim a listing, we store the contact details you send us to verify and manage the listing with you.

Services we rely on. Emails are delivered via Resend. Forms are protected from bots by Cloudflare Turnstile. Maps are provided by Mapbox. We measure site usage with Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites — which is also why you don’t see a cookie banner here. The only cookies we set are the ones that keep you signed in to your account.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time — email info@ticketloop.ie. Account deletion removes your profile, alerts and personal data; records of completed payments are retained as required for tax and fraud-prevention purposes.
