Ballymun Library runs a Sensory Hour for children aged 4+ and their parents or carers from 4:30-5:30pm on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month. During Sensory Hour children can engage with our sensory collection of toys and equipment in our lecture room. Lights are dimmed and noise levels minimised as much as possible. We also spotlight items from Dublin City Libraries Assistive Software & Sensory Toy Catalogue. These are free, drop-in sessions, no booking is required, and you can attend at any point between 4:30 and 5:30. Children must be supervised at all times during Sensory Hour. For more information call Ballymun Library, email [email protected] or ask at the desk.
