Privacy policy

We collect your email address (and name, if you create an account) to send you the ticket alerts you asked for. We never sell your data.

If you ask for an alert on the wanted board without an account, we store just your email address and the show you asked about, and use them only to send you that alert. Every alert email carries a one-click unsubscribe link that stops all further emails immediately; you can also ask us to delete the address entirely at the email below.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. Sellers’ identity verification is handled entirely by Stripe.

We measure site usage with Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites. The only cookies we set are the ones that keep you signed in.

If you click the Magpie card, your browser remembers it for 30 days, so we do not show you the card again in that time. This note stays in your browser. It is not a cookie, and it is never sent to us or to Magpie.

If you arrive from one of our ads or links, your browser notes which one for the rest of that tab session, and saves it alongside your request only if you go on to ask for a ticket alert. It tells us which of our own links are working. It stays with us, is never shared with an advertising network, and nothing is recorded at all if you don’t submit the form.

Emails are delivered via Resend. Every alert contains an unsubscribe link. You can delete your account and data at any time by emailing [email protected].
