The Unique Tale as part of The Scéal Festival of Puppetry & Storytelling
The Civic, Dublin
A princess, Sheen, must save her seven brothers, who have been turned into geese, but she must not speak during seven years, if they are to be saved. She falls in love with and marries the Hunter King, but cannot explain to him what has happened to their son without breaking her vow. This is a story of love, loss, and redemption told as a fairytale. It is a beautiful, gentle show with lovingly made puppets (marionettes) and set, using all natural materials. This enchanting tale for children of 4-8 years of age will appeal to parents and children alike. *Please note this show is in our studio space with unallocated seating. Please arrive early. Latecomers will not not be admitted. Scéal Puppet Festival curated by Irish Unima, in association with The Museum of Childhood Ireland Kindly supported by South Dublin Co Council Additional Details Presented By: Poco Roco Duration: 30 mins
